# Make and Zapier

Sarah can work with **Make** (Integromat) and **Zapier** when your subscription and permissions include automation. This page only explains what **you as a merchant** need to know; it does **not** publish URLs, HTTP examples, or event payloads that could be misused.

## Before you start

1. Log in to Sarah and open **Settings > Integrations**.
2. Copy or generate whatever **key or credential** the screen shows for automations, and store it like a password.
3. In Make or Zapier, build your scenario or Zap using **their** official documentation (HTTP modules, webhooks, etc.).

Do **not** paste those credentials in public chats, forums, or screenshots.

## What people often automate

Examples (availability depends on your plan):

- Keep **catalog or stock** aligned with another channel or spreadsheet.
- Send **notifications** (email, Slack, etc.) when a sale or invoice is recorded.
- **Trigger actions** in other apps when something important happens in Sarah.

Exact capabilities depend on your account—confirm with Sarah support if you are unsure.

## Security

- Prefer **HTTPS-only** connections in your automation tool.
- If a key may have been exposed, **revoke it** in Sarah and create a new one.
- For advanced or bespoke flows, ask **Sarah support** instead of following unofficial tutorials that ask for production keys.
