This guide expands the basic installation steps so you leave **Sarah** ready according to your business reality.

## 1. Account data

From the user menu (top right):

- Review your **name** and **email**.
- Activate **security** options like two-factor authentication if available.
- Configure preferred **language** of the interface, if your account supports it.

## 2. Company profile

In the company configuration module:

1. Complete fiscal data:
   - Legal name.
   - Tax ID (CUIT) / fiscal identification.
   - Tax condition or equivalent organization.
2. Define:
   - Fiscal and commercial address.
   - Contact phone and email.
3. Configure:
   - Main currency.
   - Time zone.

This data will be used in your receipts and reports.

## 3. Warehouses and stock points

If you manage stock:

1. Create at least one **main warehouse**.
2. If you have more than one branch or warehouse, create a warehouse per location.
3. Define which warehouses will be used:
   - In POS.
   - In online store (if applicable).

More details: [Warehouses and stock](/docs/inventory/deposits).

## 4. Users and permissions

In the **Users** module:

1. Invite people who will work with Sarah (cashiers, administrators, partners).
2. For each user define:
   - Main role (for example, Cashier, Administrator, Owner).
   - Specific permissions: open/close cash register, view reports, modify prices, etc.
3. Review periodically:
   - Inactive users.
   - Accesses that should no longer have sensitive permissions.

Related guide: [Users and roles](/docs/contacts/users).

## 5. POS preferences

From POS configuration you can adjust:

- **Grid** or **list** view.
- **Cart** behavior.
- **Ticket** format and printing.
- **Keyboard shortcuts** usage.

This directly impacts the speed and comfort of your daily sales.
See more in [Point of Sale (POS)](/docs/pos/overview).

## 6. Basic integrations

According to your business, it may be useful to configure:

- **Payment methods** (for example, MercadoPago).
- **Automation integrations** like Make/Zapier.
- **Online sales channels** and shipping.

The integrations section summarizes each case (merchant-facing):
[Integrations](/docs/api/integrations).

## 7. Final checklist before operating

Before starting to sell only with Sarah, review:

- [ ] Company configured with correct fiscal data.
- [ ] At least one warehouse created.
- [ ] Main users invited and with appropriate permissions.
- [ ] Key products loaded.
- [ ] POS tested with a test sale.
- [ ] (Optional) Critical integrations configured.

With this checklist complete, your account and company will be ready to operate daily in Sarah.
