# Shipping Integrations

This guide explains how to configure integration with Correo Argentino and other shipping providers.

## Correo Argentino Integration

### Prerequisites

Before configuring the integration, you need:

- ✅ **Correo Argentino Account**: An active account in Correo Argentino system
- ✅ **Credentials**: Username and password of your account
- ✅ **Environment**: Decide whether to use development, QA, or production

### Configuration

#### 1. Access Configuration

1. Go to **Settings** or **Company** in the main menu
2. Look for **"Shipping"** or **"Shipping"** section
3. Or go directly to integration configuration

#### 2. Add Integration

1. Click **"Add Integration"** or **"New Integration"**
2. Select **"Correo Argentino"** as provider
3. Complete required fields

#### 3. Credentials

**User**
- Your Correo Argentino username
- Usually an email or unique identifier

**Password**
- Your Correo Argentino password
- Stored securely (encrypted)

**Customer ID (Optional)**
- If you already have a Customer ID, you can enter it
- If not, system will get it automatically when validating

#### 4. Environment

Select environment to use:

- **Development (dev)**: For testing and development
- **QA**: For quality testing
- **Production**: For real use

**Recommendation:** Start with development or QA to test before using production.

#### 5. Enable Integration

Check **"Enabled"** box to activate integration.

#### 6. Validate Credentials

When saving, the system:

1. Validates credentials with Correo Argentino
2. Gets Customer ID automatically (if you didn't provide it)
3. Confirms integration is working

**If there's an error:**
- Verify credentials are correct
- Confirm your Correo Argentino account is active
- Review that selected environment is correct

### Multiple Integrations

You can have multiple integrations configured:

- **Different environments**: One for development, another for production
- **Different accounts**: If you manage multiple Correo Argentino accounts
- **Different providers**: When more providers are added

### Edit Integration

To modify an existing integration:

1. Go to integration list
2. Click the integration you want to edit
3. Modify necessary fields
4. Save changes

**Note:** If you change credentials, system will automatically validate.

### Disable Integration

To temporarily disable an integration:

1. Open the integration
2. Uncheck **"Enabled"**
3. Save changes

**Result:**
- Integration won't be used for calculations or imports
- You can re-enable it when you want
- Historical data is not deleted

### Delete Integration

To permanently delete an integration:

1. Open the integration
2. Click **"Delete"**
3. Confirm deletion

**Warning:**
- Historical shipment data is not deleted
- But you won't be able to use this integration in the future
- Consider disabling instead of deleting

## Security

### Credential Storage

- **Encryption**: Credentials are stored encrypted
- **Limited access**: Only authorized users can view/edit
- **Not displayed**: Passwords are never shown in plain text

### Best Practices

- ✅ **Don't share credentials**: Keep your credentials private
- ✅ **Use appropriate environments**: Don't use production for testing
- ✅ **Rotate credentials**: Change passwords periodically
- ✅ **Monitor usage**: Review integration usage regularly
