Sarah Club

Sarah Club lets you run a points and rewards program integrated with POS, online shop, and contacts.

Activation (Pro plan)

1. Go to Sales → Sarah Club
2. Choose Simple or Standard preset
3. Share the wallet link with customers (/{slug}/club)

Points rules

• Default: every $100 spent = 1 point (Simple preset)
• Points are credited when a POS sale completes or a web order is placed
• Customer must be identified (contact with phone)

Rewards

Available types:

• Percentage discount
• Fixed amount discount
• Free product (configurable)

Redemption

• POS: select customer → Redeem → discount line added to cart
• Online shop: enter phone at checkout → pick benefit → Apply

Customer wallet

Customers sign in with a verification code sent via WhatsApp to their registered phone and see balance, tier, rewards, and history.

From club admin use Print QR card for in-store promotion.
