For companies with more complex fiscal needs, Sarah includes advanced billing functionalities based on ARCA integration.

Service billing

When billing services you must consider:

• Additional fields such as:
  • Service date from/to.
  • Payment due date.
• Different VAT treatments according to service type.

Sarah's advanced billing module handles:

• Calculating net amounts and taxes according to configured tax rates.
• Building structures required by ARCA (e.g., FECAEDetRequest).

Multiple VAT rates

In some operations it's necessary to apply more than one VAT rate in the same invoice.

Sarah allows:

• Defining detail lines with different rates (21%, 10.5%, exempt, etc.).
• Generating corresponding VAT blocks in the ARCA request.

CAE review and expiration

After issuing an invoice:

• The system stores the CAE and its expiration date.
• From the billing module you can:
  • View the current status of the receipt.
  • Reprint or download the PDF with fiscal data.
