Sarah offers flexible subscription plans to adapt to your business needs. This guide explains how subscriptions work, how to change plans, and how to manage payments.

Available Plans

Basic Plan

Price: $38,000 ARS/month

Subscription Management

View Your Current Subscription

  1. Log in to Sarah
  2. Go to Settings > Subscription
  3. You'll see:
    • Current plan
    • Start date
    • Next payment
    • Subscription status

Change Plan

From Interface

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Select the plan you want
  3. Click Update Plan
  4. Confirm the change

Important note: Plan change will apply in the next billing cycle. No additional immediate charge will be made.

Payment Processors

Sarah supports two processors:

  • Stripe: Credit/debit card payments
  • Rebill: Recurring payments in Argentina

Rebill

  • Automatic debit

Invoices

  • You'll receive invoices by email

Onboarding and First Subscription

Registration Process

  1. Create account: Register with your email
  2. Create company: Complete your company data
  3. Select plan: Choose Basic Plan or Pro Plan
  4. Configure payment: Enter your payment data
  5. Activate subscription: Your subscription activates automatically

Trial Period

Some plans may include a free trial period. Check current conditions.

Update Plan

When to Update

Consider updating to Pro Plan if you need:

  • Priority support: Faster responses
  • Promotions: Discount and promotion system
  • Payment QR: MercadoPago POS integration
  • Shipping: Shipping cost calculation
  • WhatsApp AI: AI assistant for customers

Update Process

  1. Select Pro Plan in Settings > Subscription
  2. Confirm change
  3. Change applies in next billing cycle
  4. No immediate charge - You'll pay proportional difference

Downgrade (Lower Plan)

If you change from Pro Plan to Basic Plan:

  • Change applies in next cycle
  • You won't lose data
  • Some features will be disabled
  • You can return to Pro Plan at any time

Cancel Subscription

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm cancellation

Cancellation Effects

  • Immediate access: You keep access until end of paid period
  • Data preserved: Your data is kept for 30 days
  • Reactivation: You can reactivate at any time

Reactivate Subscription

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Select a plan
  3. Configure payment method
  4. Your subscription reactivates immediately

Payment Problems

Failed Payment

If a payment fails:

  1. Notification: You'll receive an email
  2. Automatic retries: Processor will retry payment
  3. Limited access: After several failures, access may be limited
  4. Update payment method: Update your payment method to reactivate

Update Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Update Payment Method
