Invitations and Access
How to invite new users and manage their access to the platform.

The invitations system allows you to add new users to your company in a secure and controlled way.
Invite a new user
- From the Users or Contacts module, select the "Invite user" option.
- Enter:
- First and last name.
- Email.
- Initial role / permissions.
- Send the invitation.
The person will receive an email with a link to:
- Create their password.
- Complete some basic data.
- Accept terms and conditions (according to configuration).
Invitation management
In the same section you can:
- View pending invitations (not yet accepted).
- Resend an invitation if the user didn't receive it.
- Cancel invitations that are no longer necessary.
Deactivate or revoke access
In case a user should no longer access the system:
- Enter the user's detail.
- Change their status to inactive or revoke their access.
This prevents them from continuing to log in, but maintains the history of their actions (sales, movements, etc.) for audit purposes.
