Contacts

Centralized management of customers, suppliers, and leads in Sarah.

The Contacts module works as a mini CRM within Sarah.
Here you manage all information about your customers, suppliers, and other types of contacts.

Contact types

Each contact can have a type:

  • Customer: people or companies you sell to.
  • Supplier: those who sell you products or services.
  • Lead: potential customers not yet confirmed.
  • Other: any other type of relevant contact (e.g., partners, associates, etc.).

This allows you to quickly segment and filter your contact database.

Information stored in a contact

Among other fields, each record can include:

  • Personal or company data (name, legal name).
  • Document / CUIT or identification number.
  • Phone, email, and address.
  • City, state, and country.
  • Internal notes and additional metadata.

Additionally, each contact is linked to:

  • Sales made to that customer.
  • Payments and balances (if you work with accounts receivable).
  • Interactions (e.g., WhatsApp messages, campaigns, etc.).

Basic flow

  1. Enter the Contacts module.
  2. Search by name, document, email, or phone.
  3. Create new contacts or edit existing ones.
  4. Associate contacts to sales from POS or other modules.
